Programme specific regulation: Due to the requirements of IET accreditation for MEng programmes, students who fail any "core" modules in year 4 will normally be transferred to an unaccredited MSci Mechatronics and Robotics with Industrial Year. In this instance "core modules" refers to modules whose learning outcomes are included in the UK SPEC.

Decisions as to whether a student has met the requirements of the IET accredited programme will be made on a case by case basis.
